At the heart of everything we do is the veteran and his or her family. By establishing a well-resourced VCJS Support service across the country, SSAFA is committed to providing seamless support and collaboration. This ensures that families who often feel ostracised receive consistent, timely and effective support during this difficult time.
If your spouse, long-term partner or a dependant has been caught up in the Criminal Justice System and you would like some support, you can:
- Contacting your local SSAFA Regional Hub (please see details in the sidebar).
- Contact your local SSAFA branch: enter your postcode into our our branch finder here.
- Call Forcesline on 0800 260 6767.
Support will depend on the needs of an individual. It is not just limited to financial support, but also includes advice, guidance and signposting to more specialised services. We can help if your loved on is in custody, preparing to be released, on probation or in the community.
