What do they do?

Support children with acute / short term medical and behavioural conditions.

How can they help?

Empower and enable children, young people and families to be confident and gain a wider understanding about their medical needs. Community Children’s Nurses will provide support and advice.

How they work?

We work together with:

  • CAMHS
  • School Nurses
  • Health Visitors
  • Speech and Language Therapists
  • GPs
  • Pediatricians
  • Special Educational Need coordinators in schools
  • Social Workers
